Issi joined Smuts and Taylor in August 2013 and provides a first class service to the company’s fast growing client base of High Net Worth investors across Africa.
Calling on her extensive experience in providing personal service to HNWI’s and long held interest in property and interior design, Issi has been instrumental in developing the company’s Complete Management Service.
Post purchase, Issi is on hand to assist with all the administrative tasks required to ready the property for occupation by the clients or prospective tenants. This includes changing utilities and arranging for furniture, window treatments, EPC’s, gas safety certificates and any work that may be required. In the case of buy-to-let investment Issi will also ensure that a suitable tenant is found and that the property is let and managed professionally.
