  • Arrange full tenant reference check. Smuts & Taylor team will compile a comprehensive report which includes information such as tenant risk score, employment score, credit report, fraud check, identity check, previous landlord’s reference and employer’s reference.  
  • Arrange signing of tenancy agreement. At Smuts & Taylor we will draw up the correct tenancy agreement each time your property is let.
  • Collect moving-in payment (rent + deposit). We offer the flexibility to register the deposit on your behalf with The Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
